Job summary

Kite Realty Group Trust, headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Tenant Improvement Project Manager to oversee budgets and day-to-day decisions across multiple properties. You will guide tenant construction, manage design teams, and ensure timely complete turnover for inline shops and ground-up work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in construction; open to related experience.
• Knowledge of reading/interpreting engineering and architectural plans for retail centers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with in-house and external consultants and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of Tenant Improvement projects from pre-development to turnover.
• Coordinate design, scope, constructability, and economics based on project parameters.
• Prepare bid packages, solicit and analyze proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor costs and schedule; report project status and budget variances.
• Coordinate with municipalities for permits, inspections, and closeout; manage contractor/vendor changes.
• Organize tools, budgets, and turnover from construction to property management.
