Job summary

John Grace Restoration and Construction in Lansing is seeking a Project Manager to lead restoration projects for residential properties. You will supervise a team of 4-6 staff, create detailed schedules, and maintain quality while coordinating with homeowners, subcontractors, and employees.

Expect a 40–45 hour week, with peaks up to 50 hours during busy periods. Strong communication and leadership required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of on-the-job construction experience.
• 2–3 years of team leadership in construction.
• Ability to work in a high-stress environment with daily changes.
• Excellent communication, time management, delegation, and multitasking skills.
• Strong technological capabilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Open to feedback to help growth and learning.
