John Grace Restoration and Construction is expanding its Lansing presence and seeks a Lead Carpenter to own restoration work on local residential projects. The candidate will supervise 2–4 crew members, ensure high craftsmanship, and maintain safety on-site.
The role requires 6–8+ years of carpentry, 2–3 years of leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Training is conducted at the Comstock Park location as needed, with typical 40–45 hour weeks and occasional overtime.

We are here to help homeowners recover from storm, mold, fire/smoke, water, and flooding damage. Our staff are experts in the insurance claim process. We work in the customers best interest and guide them through the claim process.
