Qualifications

• Experience managing large projects, including budgets and schedules.
• Ability to supervise crews, communicate with clients and vendors, and ensure safety and quality.
• Familiarity with documentation, invoicing, and change orders on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand BELFOR service lines and manage projects >$1M across construction or restoration.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee employees and subcontractors on all phases of work.
• Review project requirements, document progress, and communicate with estimators and managers.
• Maintain safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance; manage invoicing documentation.
• Travel, work nights/weekends as needed, and lead multiple crews across projects.
