Job summary

BELFOR Holdings Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with a restoration or construction focus to lead large, complex projects across local, regional, and national scopes.

You will be the industry expert for BELFOR on multi-discipline teams and ensure scope, schedule, safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating crews and subcontractors, reviewing blueprints, managing budgets, tracking progress, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restoration or construction projects
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules for large projects
• Strong communication with clients, crews, and subcontractors
• Proven commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Experience reading blueprints and coordinating with estimators or PMs

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of BELFOR service lines and project scope
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee crews and subcontractors across phases
• Manage time, budget, scheduling, site supervision, and change orders
• Review daily project requirements and report progress to managers
• Provide field documentation, photo logs, and sketches for projects
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to BELFOR invoicing requirements
• Attend training courses and participate in vendor qualification processes
• Travel as required and meet project timelines
