BELFOR Holdings Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager with a restoration or construction focus to lead large, high-profile projects and serve as the BELFOR resource for regional and national efforts.

You will oversee scope, schedule, safety, quality, and client communications, manage crews and subcontractors, and work with estimators on project plans and budgets. Travel and after-hours work may be required; strong knowledge of building codes and practical field leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects valued at or above $1M.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Ability to lead multiple crews and meet deadlines.
