Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of residential construction projects from inception to completion.

• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the residential construction sector.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building regulations, and project management principles.
