Job summary

gpac is seeking a Residential Construction Manager in South Central South Dakota. You will oversee multiple residential projects from groundbreaking to final inspection, manage subcontractors, ensure on-time and within-budget delivery, and maintain high craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in residential construction project management, read blueprints, lead teams, and communicate effectively with homeowners and leadership.

• 3+ years of residential construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential building methods and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and project schedules.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

We're looking for a motivated leader to move to the area oversee residential construction projects from start to finish while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
