Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• 4+ years of progressive mechanical engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a project coordination or leadership role.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Inventor, SolidWorks) and engineering analysis tools.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
