Project Manager, Residential Construction

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is a veteran-owned business providing customized, turnkey program management and construction services at scale. We serve various sectors including restaurant, grocery, gas station, retail, and government projects nationwide, working with leading brands such as McDonald's, Starbucks, and others. We are seeking an onsite Project Manager to oversee military housing construction, including renovations and carpentry work, located at a military base. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Coordinate project team activities to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
2. Communicate proactively with senior management regarding project issues.
3. Review construction documentation for completeness and accuracy.
4. Manage project work in the field and oversee change orders.
5. Prepare weekly status reports and monitor project progress.
6. Identify and resolve project issues related to cost, schedule, safety, or quality.
7. Represent the company in project meetings and develop relationships with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year degree in construction or related field, or 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in multi-family construction project management, preferably multi-site projects.
• Ability to interpret complex documents and communicate effectively with all project levels.

Pay & Benefits

Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurances, flexible PTO, holidays, sick leave, and a 401K plan.
