We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects across our client base. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineers, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. MSP experience, strong communication skills, and a practical understanding of technical environments are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple concurrent client-facing IT projects (e.g., M365 migrations, network deployments, server upgrades, cloud transitions).
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate tasks between internal technical teams and third-party vendors.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Ensure resource availability and manage timelines.
• Document post-project outcomes, lessons learned, and client feedback.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience in an MSP or IT services environment.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, Moovilla, or similar).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with common MSP tools and platforms.
• Experience in client-facing roles, especially with SMB and mid-market clients.
