Job summary

DBI/David Brown International is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead residential projects from concept through construction. You will partner with clients, consultants, and design teams to deliver low-density and single-family homes.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships. The role offers hybrid work, a competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of architectural project management experience.
  • Experience with single-family and low-density residential projects.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes, permitting, and construction practices.
  • Proficiency in Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.

Are you an experienced Architectural Project Manager who enjoys leading residential projects from concept through construction?
