Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking an experienced Residential Project Architect in Los Angeles to lead BIM modeling and production of permit-ready documentation for high-quality residential projects. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team from design through construction.

The ideal candidate has 11–14 years in architecture, including at least 5 years in residential work, advanced Revit skills, and a track record of managing teams.

Qualifications

• B.Arch and/or M.Arch degree required.
• 11–14 years of professional architecture experience, including 5+ years in residential architecture.
• Previous team management experience.
• Advanced Revit skills.
• Experience with custom single-family homes, ADUs, and residential projects.
• Experience producing permit-ready documentation and navigating permitting in Los Angeles.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction and detailing.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to perform occasional jobsite visits.
