Job summary

Mountain Management Group in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Project Manager for multifamily construction. The PM will report to the Vice President of Construction and manage on-site activities, subcontractor coordination, and project scheduling for small to mid-size multifamily projects.

Responsibilities include assisting with proposals, contract administration, and coordinating with preconstruction, estimating, and scheduling teams to deliver safe, on-time projects aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• BS in a Construction related field preferred.
• Multi-Family Construction required.
• Podium, Wrap, Construction preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
