Job summary

MMG is seeking a Project Manager for its multi-family construction team in Portland, OR. The role reports to the Vice President of Construction and focuses on coordinating subcontractors, preparing client proposals, and managing contracts with strong collaboration across preconstruction, estimating, and scheduling.

The candidate will direct project teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within scope, including on-site management for smaller projects and effective communication with

Qualifications

• BS in a construction related field preferred.
• Multi-Family Construction experience required.
• Podium, Wrap, Construction preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented?
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
