Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Multi-Family Construction/Development

Our Multi-Family Construction/Development Group is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager. This position reports to the Vice President of Construction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Partnering with the Construction Executive in interacting with subcontractors
2. Assisting in drafting client proposals
3. Managing contract administration and management
4. Collaborating with preconstruction, estimating, and scheduling teams on project estimates and schedules
5. Providing direction to the project team to ensure projects are completed safely and on time
6. Performing on-site Project Manager duties on small scope projects

Qualifications include:

• BS in a Construction-related field preferred
• Experience in Multi-Family Construction is required
• Experience with Podium, Wrap, Construction preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
• Excellent prioritization, organizational, and communication skills
