Job summary

Real Staffing is seeking a PMO leader to drive rebranding and integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The role oversees governance, planning, risk management, and execution across cross-functional teams.

You will establish PMO standards, manage plans and interdependencies, and report to stakeholders while driving continuous process improvements. Remote candidates are welcome, with the possibility to work from California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of project, program, or portfolio management experience.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or similar certification preferred.
