Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated construction project management experience or at least ten years’ experience as a rebar detailer.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents/drawings and coordinate detailing efforts for cost-effective supply of products and services.
• Provide total contract management for assigned projects, including detailing, scheduling, delivery, and costs.
• Oversee compliance with contractual obligations on assigned projects.
• Coordinate project requirements with contractor representatives, rebar installers, engineers, and architects using company guidelines.
• Schedule detailing and delivery with contractors, detailers, and production staff.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to staff and customers.
