Job summary

Nucor Rebar Fabrication Midwest in Mooresville, IN is seeking a Detail/Project Manager with extensive rebar detailing experience. The role involves managing complex projects from estimating to completion, coordinating detailing, scheduling, and costs, and ensuring contractual obligations are met while maintaining strong customer relations.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience, with a proven track record in construction project management or as a rebar

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated construction project management experience or at least ten years’ experience as a rebar detailer.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to apply ACI codes and CRSI standards required.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents/drawings and coordinate detailing efforts to ensure cost-effective supply of products and services.
• Provide total contract management of each project, including detailing, scheduling, delivery and costs.
• Oversee to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled on assigned projects.
• Coordinate project requirements with contractor’s representative, rebar installer, engineer, and architect.
• Schedule detailing and delivery with contractor, detailers, and production staff.
• Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to staff, works, and customers.
