Job summary

KSB GIW, Inc. in Grovetown, GA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee customer projects from receipt of order through shipment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure contractual, technical, schedule, and financial requirements are met and delivered on time.

Under guidance of senior PMs, you will support pump systems deliveries, develop project management expertise, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• PM coursework or certification.
• 1–3 years in project management or related roles.
• Experience in engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with system integration projects.
• Familiarity with centrifugal pumps and related components.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and proposals to ensure alignment with specs and delivery.
• Verify pump system component selections for performance and compliance.
• Prepare and administer change orders with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for auxiliary equipment and documentation.
• Resolve design and quality issues prior to production release.
• Coordinate project schedules with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project documentation and manuals.
