Job Description/Objective:

Our pharmaceutical client is seeking a Project Manager to support their Procedure and Device team within Interventional Oncology. The role involves overseeing projects, providing medical device development expertise, and facilitating technical problem solving.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Program Managers and project teams to develop detailed project plans with critical milestones.
2. Maintain consistent formatting of MS Project data for effective tracking.
3. Generate reports and collect data for periodic program and portfolio reviews with leadership.
4. Provide technical problem solving to address issues as they arise.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, engineering, or life sciences preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of Medical Devices.
3. 5-8 years of industry experience in Project Management.
4. Proven success in project management and translating plans into execution.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
6. Understanding of medical device development, ideally within Mechanical Engineering.
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a complex, matrix environment.
8. Demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
