Salary Range: $175,000 – $200,000 + Bonus

A leading New York City General Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Manhattan team.This firm is widely recognised as one of NYC’s most reputable contractors, delivering complex projects across commercial buildings, healthcare, data centres, and government sectors. With an outstanding reputation for quality, a diverse client portfolio, and strong long-term staff tenure, the business continues to experience sustained growth.The Senior Project Manager will play a key leadership role, managing multiple projects simultaneously while mentoring and guiding Project Managers across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and project teams

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

• Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, and scheduling

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $175,000 – $200,000
