Job summary

Emerson Power & Water Solutions seeks a Project Manager to lead automation and control system projects across power, water, and industrial markets from initiation to closeout. You will manage scopes from $500k to $10M+, serve as the primary customer contact, and collaborate across engineering, sales, and operations to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Based near Cranberry Township, PA, you will travel up to 20% in the United States and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a technical discipline (or equivalent).
• 3+ years in project engineering or project management environment.
• Experience leading engineered systems or industrial projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and control system projects from initiation to closeout.
• Manage projects from $500k to $10M+, handling scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Serve as primary customer contact and lead contract and change negotiations.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, field service, and commercial teams.
• Monitor progress, communicate status and risks, ensure safety and quality commitments.
• Support proposal development and project planning with execution strategies.
• Identify improvements and capture lessons learned for growth.
• Operate with autonomy and accountability in day-to-day decisions.
• Contribute to advancing PM practices and delivery frameworks.
