Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of project management, project engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 20% in North America.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and control system projects from kickoff through completion.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, and customer expectations with decision rights.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and build partnerships.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, field service, sales, and marketing to deliver solutions.
• Proactively manage performance, risks, and progress communications.
• Lead contract execution activities including scope changes and negotiations.
• Champion safety, quality, cybersecurity, and operational excellence.
