Job summary

Emerson Power & Water Solutions seeks an Engineering Project Manager based in Cranberry Township, PA to lead New Generation Projects across North America. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver control systems and software solutions with engineering teams, customers, and internal partners.

Required: BS in Engineering or related field and 5+ years in project management or engineering; travel up to 25% in North America; U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management or Engineering.
• Experience with control systems, software solutions, or industrial automation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% in North America.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute New Generation Projects to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
• Partner with project engineers, technical specialists, and cross functional teams to support successful project delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, building strong relationships and supporting high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track project performance, risks, and issues, and communicate project status clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support forecasting activities related to project sales, inventory, and resource utilization.
• Apply established project execution processes while contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
• Participate in lessons learned reviews and share best practices across the New Generation Projects team.
• Stay informed on evolving market trends and emerging technologies to support effective project execution and future growth initiatives.
