Emerson Power & Water Solutions, a global leader in power and water automation, seeks a Project Management professional based in Cranberry Township, PA, to lead complex retrofit projects across North America. Manage scope, schedule, budget, and customer expectations with autonomy, coordinating across engineering, operations, field service, sales, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Project Management, Project Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 20% in North America.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and control system projects ranging from $500K to $10M+, from kickoff through successful completion.
• Take ownership of project scope, schedule, budget, and customer expectations with autonomy to make key decisions.
• Serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for customers, building partnerships and delivering an exceptional project experience.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, field service, sales, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Proactively manage performance, identify risks, remove obstacles, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Lead contract execution activities including scope management, change orders, and negotiations.
• Champion a culture of safety, quality, cybersecurity, and operational excellence during delivery.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and future business growth.
• Gain visibility with business leaders while expanding expertise in critical infrastructure and industrial automation.
• Join a collaborative team delivering solutions to power communities across North America.
