Qualifications

• BS in engineering, business, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in Project Management/Project Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading projects with engineered systems or industrial environments.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with changes and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and control system projects ranging from $500K to $10M+, from kickoff through completion.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, and customer expectations with autonomy to make key decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, building partnerships and delivering a premier project experience.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, field service, sales, marketing, and commercial functions.
• Proactively manage risks, remove obstacles, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Lead contract execution, including scope management, change orders, and negotiations.
• Champion safety, quality, cybersecurity, and operational excellence throughout delivery.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and future growth.
• Gain visibility with leaders while expanding expertise in critical infrastructure.
