Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
• 3+ years of experience in the power distribution industry managing medium voltage portfolios.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• 1+ year of working with multi-disciplinary teams (program management, services, engineering, operations, and logistics).
• Must have a valid US Driver’s License.
• Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of projects from inception through completion.
• Manage the cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of the assigned project(s).
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Lead and drive multi-disciplinary and cross functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide regular updates on work performed, plans, budget, and overall status to team, management, and PMO.
• Identify project problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
• Proactive risk identification and mitigation.
• Manage customer expectations across project cycle and lead single and multi-product medium voltage solutions projects.
• Direct diagnostics with the ability to determine root cause and corrective actions.
