Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3+ years in power distribution handling MV portfolios.
• 3+ years using Microsoft Office and MS Project.
• Must have valid US Driver’s License and ability to travel up to 20%.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of projects from inception through completion.
• Manage cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance.
• Establish milestones and monitor master plans and schedules.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders clearly.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, operations, vendor management, logistics and services.
• Provide regular updates to team, management, and PMO on plans, budget, and status.
• Identify problems and allocate resources or adjust contracts.
• Proactive risk identification and mitigation.
• Manage customer expectations across project cycle for single and multi-product MV solutions.
• Diagnose issues and determine root cause and corrective actions.
