Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
• 3+ years of experience in the power distribution industry managing medium voltage portfolios
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office and MS Project
• 1+ year of working with multi-disciplinary teams including program management, services, engineering, operations, and logistics
• Must have a valid US Driver’s License
• Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of projects from inception through completion.
• Manage the cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of the assigned project(s).
• Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
• Lead and drive multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide regular updates to team, management, and PMO on work performed, plans, budget, and status.
• Identify project problems and obtain solutions, such as resource allocation or changes to specifications.
