Job summary

Right Coach Right Time is seeking a Project Manager in the United States to oversee generator-related projects, coordinating with crane operators, electricians, and contractors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. You will manage client communications, quotes, and project documentation across nationwide engagements.

The role requires a 5+ year track record in project management, CRM experience with Zoho, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a similar space.
• Experience with CRM software, specifically Zoho.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Prepare quotes for the sales team and maintain project records.
• Interface with clients to review briefs and provide status updates.
• Support sales and ensure inventory accuracy with operations & marketing.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Produce comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure projects stay within budget from sale to delivery.

Job description

We are a growing commercial and industrial power solutions company specializing in the buying, selling, rental, financing, and servicing of generators and related power equipment. The company serves customers nationwide across industries including data centers, healthcare, construction, manufacturing, commercial real estate, telecommunications, and other mission-critical environments. In addition to equipment sales and rentals, they provide turnkey services including installation, decommissioning, asset recovery, site planning, testing, and ongoing generator support. We are looking to bring on a Project Manager as we grow!

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internally and with existing third parties/vendors on execution of multiple projects including crane companies, electricians, and mechanical contractors
• Establish and maintain relationships with new third parties/vendors on projects as required
• Prepare sales quotes for the sales team
• Ensure all projects are completed on-time within scope and budget from the close of sale to delivery of order
• Must be deeply involved in all aspects of each project for every stage of the project
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and projected costs as needed
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation for record
• Interface with clients to review detailed ordering briefs and clarifications on requirements of each project including updates on project status
• Support the sales team with any additional tasks and requests as needed
• Work with operations & marketing to ensure that inventory is up to date
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven track record of experience in project management with 5+ years in a similar space
• Experienced in CRM software like Zoho
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
