Job summary

Powerhouse is seeking a Project Manager to oversee client relationships and end-to-end project execution across multiple lines in a growing firm. You will coordinate project scope, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes for diverse clients.

The role requires hands-on budgeting, milestone tracking, and supervision of Assistant Project Managers and Coordinators, with a focus on timely, accurate documentation and communication. Onsite work in Georgia is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous project management experience
• At least 1 year of experience with large customer interface preferred
• Experience in construction environment preferred
• Must pass an MVR, background, and drug test

Responsibilities

• Responsible for client relationships and project execution from estimate development to project closeout.
• Oversee organization, scheduling, implementation, and closeout of multiple projects.
• Set and meet deadlines per the Scope of Work, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely, accurate, and clear communication.
• Provide accurate estimates for supplies, manpower, and resources.
• Make timely budget projections within budgetary constraints.
• Create reports on work progress, costs, and scheduling.
• Communicate project goals to all personnel and document actual results.
• Track and report project milestones and tasks to management.
• Work with subcontractors and employees to ensure quality and timely work.
• Complete invoicing accurately and on time at project completion.
• Perform other responsibilities as required by management.

What YOU Will Do

• Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as required by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plans and organizes tasks for project team members, issuing written and oral instruction, and assigning duties. Examines work for exactness and accuracy.
• Ensure conformance to policies and procedures.
• Completes performance reviews as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE And TRAINING

• Previous project management experience
