Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in Oakland, CA from planning through completion. You will oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, and day-to-day project execution to ensure profitable delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in construction project management, strong budget and schedule oversight, and proficiency with Procore, BlueBeam, MS Project, BIM360, or similar tools.

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. This role will oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, and day-to-day project execution to ensure projects are delivered successfully and profitably.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, BlueBeam, Microsoft Project, BIM360, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
