Job summary

CyberCoders in Oakland, CA is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of complex projects onsite. The role focuses on reliability, uptime, and coordination with field teams and clients to ensure seamless execution.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in plumbing construction, strong cost control and scheduling skills, and proficiency with MS Office and CM software. This is an onsite opportunity with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in plumbing construction, with at least 2 years supporting large-scale commercial projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction logistics, job cost accounting, and project financials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project) and familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Autodesk Build, Spectrum ERP, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle onsite, from planning through closeout, with a focus on reliability, and uptime requirements.
• Coordinate daily with field superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure seamless execution of work.
• Monitor and track project schedules, costs, manpower, and equipment to meet project deadlines and financial objectives.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and progress billings.
• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and vendor quotations to ensure scope alignment and best value.

What You'll Own
