Job summary

FLASH is seeking a Project Manager to guide high-profile parking installations in the Dallas area. You will lead complex deployments, onboard new projects, coordinate shipments, and manage installations across multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of project management or related experience, ideally in the parking industry.
• PARCS Manufacturing, Operations, Technical Support, CPP, and PMP certifications (preferred).
• Strong understanding of parking operations, technology, and customer verticals such as government, education, and healthcare.
• Experience with technology implementations and cross-functional collaboration (development, testing, product management, etc.).
• Experience in parking/mobility/commercial infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and other customers through complex implementations at FLASH.
• Onboard new projects, manage them through completion, including scoping, conducting kickoff and weekly meetings, and ordering equipment.
• Coordinate shipments and schedule installation crews, ensuring timely and on-budget completion of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to scope and install products, ensuring systems work as designed.
• Understand objectives, priorities, processes, and potential challenges to guide successful implementations.
• Develop a deep understanding of the FLASH ecosystem and its functionality.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring their success.
• Manage the financial aspects of projects to maintain or improve the original budget and gross margin.
• Create adaptable project plans to address challenges as they arise.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
• Anticipate and proactively manage obstacles, offering alternative solutions when necessary.
• Build strong relationships and enhance the customer experience to ensure long-term loyalty.
• Identify process gaps and make recommendations for future improvement.
