Job summary

FLASH in Dallas is seeking a Project Manager to guide high-profile implementations of FLASH hardware and software, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendor partners to deliver on-time, on-budget deployments.

You will onboard new projects, scope requirements, schedule kickoff and weekly meetings, coordinate shipments, and manage budgets to protect gross margin while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in parking/infra.
• PMP and related certifications are preferred.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and other customers through complex implementations at FLASH.
• Onboard new projects, manage them through completion, including scoping, kickoff and weekly meetings, and ordering equipment.
• Coordinate shipments and schedule installation crews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to scope and install products that work as designed.
• Understand objectives and potential challenges to guide successful implementations.
