The role supports large-scale projects and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) activities, reporting to the onsite Manager.

The candidate will oversee deliverables, risks, and dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure readiness across phases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or operational readiness experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with JIRA and Power BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Communicate with stakeholders and executives.
• Prepare advanced PowerPoint presentations for the team.
• Use JIRA and Power BI for reporting.
• Support large-scale implementations, readiness, cutover or hypercare activities.
