Westinghouse Electric Company LLC through WECTEC Staffing Services seeks a Project Manager/Operational Readiness Coordinator in Miami, FL for a 1-year contract (W-2). You will support large-scale projects and Operational Readiness Testing, reporting to the on-site Manager.

The role requires 5+ years in project management or OR, strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and proficiency with PowerPoint, JIRA and Power BI to drive readiness, cutover and hypercare activities.

• Support readiness, cutover, or hypercare activities.

We are looking for a Project Manager/Operational Readiness Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2) You are an experienced Project Manager/Operational Readiness Coordinator to support large-scale projects and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) activities. This is not a testing-focused role. You will report to the onsite Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of project management or operational readiness experience
• Proven ability to manage deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Advanced PowerPoint to present to your team.
• Experience with JIRA and Power BI reporting
• Experience supporting large-scale implementations, readiness efforts, cutover, or hypercare activities.
