Westinghouse Electric Company LLC through WECTEC Staffing Services seeks a Project Manager/Operational Readiness Coordinator in Miami, FL for a 1-year contract (W-2). You will support large-scale projects and Operational Readiness Testing, reporting to the on-site Manager.

The role requires 5+ years in project management or OR, strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and proficiency with PowerPoint, JIRA and Power BI to drive readiness, cutover and hypercare activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or operational readiness experience.
• Reporting is clear, concise, and leadership-ready
• Risks and issues are identified and addressed proactively
• Stakeholders remain aligned, informed, and accountable
• ORT activities are managed with a high degree of quality and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and operational readiness activities for large-scale projects.
• Manage deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Maintain strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Create advanced PowerPoint presentations for team updates.
• Utilize JIRA and Power BI for reporting and tracking.
• Support readiness, cutover, or hypercare activities.
