Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services, a Westinghouse subsidiary, is seeking an Operational Readiness Project Coordinator for an onsite Miami assignment. This 1-year contract (W-2) role supports ORT across multiple workstreams, translating complex information into leadership-ready materials.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams, develop concise leadership updates, and track milestones using JIRA and Qmetry. Strong presentation and data-analysis skills are essential, with a focus on readiness

Qualifications

Proven ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams.
Experience with system implementations.
Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive-ready presentations.
Advanced Excel for tracking, reporting and data analysis.
JIRA for task and defect management.
Define entry/exit ORT criteria and milestone-based deliverables.

Responsibilities

Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to align scope, milestones, and deliverables.
Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making.
Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria.
Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies.
Utilize JIRA and Qmetry to manage testing activities and track progress.
