This role works cross-functionally with shops and engineering, guiding equipment design and fabrication requirements within a self-directed environment. The successful candidate will have strong relationships across departments, with a track record in managing scope, schedules, and budgets in the oil and gas sector, and will report to the General Manager or

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years project management experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years Oil & Gas production experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ASME, API, NFPA, AGA and other standards including welding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for job costing and project profitability.
• Monitors assigned projects to ensure scope, schedule and budget compliance; coordinate customer ECNs and pricing.
• Schedule assignments based on quoted delivery and shop workload; conduct weekly production meetings.
• Review material requirements and direct Commodity Manager(s) to obtain quotes where appropriate.
• Review and analyze scheduling delays and coordinate necessary changes to the plan.
• Track dates material is required for each project and ensure drawings are scheduled with Engineering.
