Job summary

Westerman, Inc. hosts a Project Manager role in Casper, WY, responsible for ensuring timely and profitable project execution. You will guide shop and engineering teams, coordinate cross-functionally, and escalate to leadership as needed.

A proven record in cross-functional collaboration will help drive successful outcomes. The position reports to the General Manager or Operations Superintendent and requires strong PM discipline, industry knowledge, and relationship-building across departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years project management experience required.
• Strong preference for oil and gas industry experience.
• Registered Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years Oil & Gas production experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ASME, API, NFPA, AGA and other standards including welding procedures required.
• Experience with multidisciplinary matrixed teams and managing safety, quality, budget and schedule indicators.
• Multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are executed on time and within budget and scope.
• Maintain complete job files with all project correspondence, materials, quotes, costs and invoices.
• Monitor projects to ensure adherence to timelines and ECN processes.
• Schedule projects based on delivery quotes and shop workload; review weekly.
• Direct review of material requirements and obtain quotes when appropriate.
• Coordinate schedule changes for unforeseen conditions and track material dates.
• Ensure work orders align with controlling documents and project priorities.
• Collaborate with Engineering to schedule drawings and transmittals; maintain project files.
