Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• MBA or advanced business education preferred but not required.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing or fabrication experience.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership with operations, project execution, estimating, or business performance.
• Significant fabrication experience with large structures, piping, skid, vessel, or custom equipment.
• Experience managing a fabrication business with financial responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all active projects from purchase order through delivery and closeout.
• Ensure projects meet customer specs, schedule, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Review performance vs estimate and budget, including labor hours and costs.
• Provide leadership to Operations Manager, Project Manager, Estimator/Planner, and admin staff.
• Develop annual operating plans, budgets, staffing, and capital expenditure recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, productivity, and capacity.
• Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance culture.
