Job Description

Responsible for facilitating the development of strategies to advance the organization's strategic agenda. This position supports the annual planning cycle and manages additional projects as assigned. Additionally, this role interfaces with various departments to ensure cohesive strategy development and implementation. In addition, this position actively participates in maintaining respectful and effective relationships across the organization. Ensures outstanding customer service in all interactions. Identifies and mitigates risks to project success. Conducts post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Develops and executes strategic plans to align with organizational goals. Analyzes market trends and data to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborates with leadership to set strategic priorities and objectives. Facilitates strategic planning sessions and workshops. Tracks and reports on the progress of strategic initiatives. Develops and implements project plans to achieve strategic objectives. Manages project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion. Coordinates cross-functional teams to execute project tasks and deliverables. Monitors project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed. Communicates project status and updates to stakeholders.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $55,224.00 - $102,731.20
