AdventHealth is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support strategic initiatives across the organization. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with senior leaders, and translate complex concepts into actionable plans while ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in business, finance or healthcare, PMP preferred, and excellent communication and organizational skills to drive outcomes in a mission-driven health system.

Job Description

• Responsible for supporting the successful management and execution of strategic initiatives under limited direction.
• This position requires familiarity with the concepts, principles, and theories behind project management.
• Additionally, this role prioritizes and manages multiple competing projects, deadlines, and customer relationships, while interacting effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leaders to affect change within the organization.
• This position transfers perceptions of problems into viable solutions and actionable items, utilizing diplomacy and flexibility in response to clients' changing concerns.
• This role supports the management of cost, schedule, and quality to ensure that critical milestones and deliverables are completed in a timely manner.
• Develops and implements strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
• Manages project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Monitors progress and performance of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
• Communicates effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Identifies and mitigates risks associated with strategic initiatives.
• Analyzes data to inform decision-making and measure success.
• Provides leadership and guidance to team members involved in strategic initiatives.
• Facilitates meetings and discussions to drive project progress.
