We are seeking a candidate with several years of experience in the restoration industry, covering water, fire, mold, and storm damage. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated. PuroClean of Plant City is looking for a Project Manager of Sales (PM) to manage and close referrals received. This position does not involve cold calling; it focuses on working with leads and referrals that come into the office.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and evaluate new leads/referrals received by the office.
• Communicate with customers and educate them on PuroClean processes.
• Sell the job with appropriate expectations.
• Scope damages on-site, generate estimates, prepare scopes of work for crews, and upload documentation into a CRM system.
• Obtain approval from customers and clients on scopes of work and services.
• Capture necessary documentation, pre-mitigation photos, and program requirements to demonstrate damages prior to work.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure estimates include all work performed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform the responsibilities listed daily.
• Mitigation experience (2+ years).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• Work effectively under stress.
• High school diploma required.
• Experience with Xactimate is required; Level 1/2 certification preferred.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• Physical ability to walk, stand for long periods, and safely climb ladders for inspections at ceiling heights.
