The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with and leading processes and workflows setup for post sales fulfillment for Ventures and Gannett events, promotions, and special sections, leveraging the project management tool, Smartsheet. They will work collaboratively with multiple internal teams overseeing the day-to-day coordination of all post sales fulfillment information for events, promotions, and special sections related to print and digital advertising, including project intake setup and fulfillment. Excellent communication skills are crucial for delivering post sales fulfillment information during sales kick-off calls and to other centralized teams throughout the company. Maintaining accurate information from point of sale through implementation is vital for program success. The candidate will be the go-to person for all assigned projects and markets, becoming the internal resource for answers. Thinking outside the box will be key in developing efficient and standardized workflows for all involved teams. With over 260 daily media organizations across 47 states, the environment is fast-paced with strict deadlines and far-reaching impact.

The hourly rate ranges from $16.00 to $21.00, reflecting factors like location, education, skills, and experience. Variable compensation may also apply.
