Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Project Manager for the Operational Evaluation Command (OEC) site at Fort Hood, TX. The role directs daily contractor performance and acts as the COR’s site contact for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support.

Candidates must have U.S. citizenship, an active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R), or Top Secret/SCI eligibility, and proven DoD project or site management experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Secret clearance or Top Secret eligibility.
• Experience managing DoD projects or site operations.
• Strong communication with the COR and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the OEC site.
• Serve as site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.
• Ensure service level agreements, security, and certification requirements are met.
• Coordinate site work schedules, travel, reporting, and personnel accountability.
• Support monthly reporting and performance evaluation meetings.
