Job summary

Paycom seeks a Project Manager for the Operational Evaluation Command site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD to direct day-to-day contractor performance and serve as the site POC to the COR for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, ensuring SLAs, security and certification requirements, and supporting monthly performance reviews and reporting. Requires active DoD-related project management experience and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Experience managing IT projects or site management in a DoD context.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the OEC site.
• Serve as the site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.
• Ensure service level agreements, security, and certification requirements are met at the site.
• Coordinate site work schedules, travel, reporting, and personnel accountability.
• Support monthly reporting and performance evaluation meetings.
