Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Project Manager for the Operational Evaluation Command (OEC) site at Fort Hood, TX. The role directs daily contractor performance and acts as the COR’s site contact for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support.

Candidates must have U.S. citizenship, an active Secret clearance (Tier 3 / T3R), or Top Secret/SCI eligibility, and proven DoD project or site management experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Clearance required: SECRET minimum (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligible (Tier 5 / T5R) required to administer classified systems or networks or for critical- or special-sensitive duties.

Scope of Work: Serves as the Key Personnel Project Manager for the Operational Evaluation Command site, directing day-to-day contractor performance and serving as the site point of contact to the COR for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support.

Responsibilities
